Thank you to Freeman Beauty for sending me some great free samples from Klout. As a user of their site they will send me some goodies from time to time to sample and review. This week a little package came from this company and it is right up my alley. I have to admit I have used these masks before and I already had a great experience with them. I would sometimes see them at the end of the hair or skin care aisle at Walgreens or Duane Reade in NYC and pick up a few packs. I had tried the masks but I also liked their hair treatments and even foot ones as well.

Company Overview
The Freeman family has been creating and distributing beauty products since 1915. We provide unique formulations for your hair, body, and face; each product incorporates great natural ingredients and amazing fragrances.
This is what I received in my Klout Perks package: 3 individual and different masks: cucumber facial peel-off mask, avacado & oatmeal facial clay mask and charcoal & black sugar facial polishing mask. Each one is targeted to a different type of skin or skin concern. From total renewal (cucumber) to Tzone it oily spots (avacado) to dull/dry patches (charcoal) there is really a mask for every face by Freeman Beauty.
Tonight I used the avacado and oatmeal mask. It was easy to apply and felt very cool and refreshing. It dried in about a minute or two and I let it sit and harden for about ten minutes. Then I washed it all off with water and removed any remaining mask with a dry towel. After removing it all my skin felt clean but not very tight or tingly. It felt like I had a clean-slate to work with.
Here is a Vine video of me applying and removing the masks which are fun and silly and feel amazing. It was like a mini spa treatment in my home.
I will work to use the other two masks soon. Once I do I will update this blog post. These packets cost not more than I think $3. They are really great to do maybe once a week or biweekly. The only downfall is I don’t see any type of cruelty free or natural logos anywhere so if you are conscious or starting to become more conscious of where and how these type of beauty products are made you may need to dig a bit deeper about the company. I know that I personally have begun to look for the cruelty free and GMO free labels.
* disclosure : I was given a free product or sample because I’m a klout influencer. I am under no obligation to receive the sample or talk about this company. I get no additional benefits for talking about the product or company. Xo
