When it comes to staying hydrated sometimes it can be tough to drink enough water when it doesn’t have any taste to it. I started to add fresh fruits and vegetables to my water recently and it makes it taste great and have some added benefits. Each day I drink 2-3 of 32 ounce water bottles like the one I made below. This helps me to stay hydrated, reduce bloating and keep me feeling full throughout the day. For this jug I added some orange slices and cucumber slices as well as two powders that I take daily: BCAA and Glutamine recovery powder and Reserveage Collagen Replenish powder. Both of these powders are tasteless so the only flavor to the water is some of the orange and cucumber. This is so refreshing and makes sure I am getting both my amino acids and collagen each day.
To make I fill my jug I use a full tray of ice cubes. Then I add 2-3 slices of the orange and a handful of cucumber slices. I don’t squeeze the fruit, I just add it to the water and it will slowly add the flavor without having to squeeze it. Then I add 1 scoop of the BCAA powder and 1 scoop of the collagen replenish powder. Make sure to shake this up well to break up the powder and make the water smooth and diluted. This helps to keep my body hydrated and I highly recommend drinking up to a gallon of water a day. It has helped me with digestion and also to reduce bloating in the body. The more water you can drink, the better!
I buy both of these powders online on Amazon and I will link those below.
