Bragg’s Liquid Aminos Soy Sauce Alternative – Recipes and Review
Recently I had been seeing a lot of meal preppers using Bragg’s Liquid Aminos All Purpose Seasonings in their meals. I had never tried it before but have seen it often and decided to finally take the plunge and purchase it. Bragg’s as a brand is usually found in the organic section of most grocery stores or easily found in Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s. Bragg’s smells like a soy sauce but it isn’t terribly overpowering on your food and does not use table salt so it’s not high in sodium. If you find it is a bit salty to your taste you can dilute it with some water. The first time I used Bragg’s Liquid Aminos was in a really delicious stir fry I made with green peppers, green beans, asparagus, red bell peppers and grilled chicken. It turned out amazing and I couldn’t wait to start using this in more of my recipes to liven up my food and especially my chicken dishes! I literally now “put that $%*! on everything” lol.

You can also use this when you order sushi as a substitute for soy sauce which I did and thoroughly enjoyed it, especially knowing this was so much better for me than any of those other soy sauces found in the restaurant or take out places.
