Take your love of peanut butter cookies and swap it for this protein recipe sure to satisfy even the biggest protein lover and cookie fan! If you grew up with the smell of cookies baking in the oven, especially peanut butter cookies, odds are you will like this recipe. It uses some really great ingredients I have picked up and makes some tasty protein cookie squares that you can pile up and turn into a delicious masterpiece.
Ingredients Needed:
3 large brown cage free eggs
3/4 cup of Orgain Organic protein almond milk
1 tbsp sea salt
4-5 dashes of cinnamon powder
3 scoops of BSN Syntha-6 Peanut Butter Cookie protein
6 heaping scoop of Coconut Flour
1 tea spoon of Rumford’s low sodium baking soda
Preheat your oven to 385 degrees. Mix all of the ingredients into a bowl and then spray a thin baking sheet with your favorite spray. I like to use the Trader Joe’s olive oil spray. Pour the mixture into the baking sheet and make sure to spread around to all sides of the tin. Place into the oven for about 20 minutes.
When complete remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Cut into into a dozen even squares and then, while still warm, add some Buff Bake chocolate chip spread on top that will melt down into delicious, gooey stack for you to enjoy! Yum.
