Video – Upper Body Bench and Dumb Bell Workout Ideas
This is a simple workout that can be done with a workout bench and a pair of dumb bells. I used 7.5 lb and 10 lb for these but feel free to adjust the weight as needed. I aim to do 10 reps of each exercise for 4 sets. This is meant to give you some ideas of at home workout exercises that don’t require a piece of machinery. I know not everyone has access to a gym so I try to make routines that can work at home too.
Prior to doing these exercises I did 40 minutes on the treadmill with HIIT sprints and walking, then the last 15 minutes I did walk on highest incline. These exercises can be done at home and really help to shape the upper body; shoulders, biceps, triceps, back.
