#BeFitAllYear BeFit Nutrition Review and Giveaway

I am very excited to be able to share a review with my readers from a new supplement and fitness company called BeFit. I recently received some products in the mail in conjunction with the #BeFitAllYear campaign with FitApproach as a Sweat Pink Ambassador. I did receive compensation for this review and receive free product to try, but the opinions are my own. I am always open to testing out and trying new products, and the best part is I have the entire 3 piece supplement line to giveaway to one lucky reader ($120 value)! What I did like is that the protein is a great mix of whey, isolate and casein which is a mix of slow and fast digesting protein which can be had at any time of day. The protein flavor is vanilla, which makes it a great base to add my favorite fruits to or a scoop of protein peanut butter like D’s Naturals Fluffbutter or Buff Bake spreads in a variety of flavors.

In the mail I received 3 products; the BeFit Burn Thermogenic Fat Burner, BeFit Whey, Isolate and Casein Natural Protein in the flavor Vanilla and the BeFit Pre-Workout in the flavor Fruit Punch. Their line is unique in that it is Non-GMO, Sugar Free and Gluten Free. I like using a pre-workout to help me get a bit more energy in my workout especially since I work out in the morning super early before work. I like that this pre-workout is not overly sweet and it is sugar free. Fruit punch is a great flavor since most of us grew up drinking it and it works perfectly with my amino energy from Optimum Nutrition which I like to add a scoop of in my pre-workout to get both the energy and the repair/recovery benefits. This pre-workout doesn’t give me a huge bolt of energy or crash which is what I like so this one is great for those who can be a bit sensitive to caffeine boosting drinks. The only item in the set I was not interested in trying was the fat burner. While I have nothing bad to say about it, the ingredients list looks fine to me, I just don’t personally take thermogenics or fat burners currently so this is not an item that meets my current needs, however if you are just starting out in your weight loss of fitness journey and looking to get a bit leaner this would be helpful. It is  is a dual-action fat burner that naturally enhances the metabolic processes important for fat burning and storage, without the jitters.

Protein Shake Recipe

I drink a protein shake every day as a way (whey, lol) to get in at least an additional 25-30 grams of protein into my diet. I use my Nutribullet, add 1 scoop of protein powder (BeFit Whey), ice, water, 1 tbsp of high protein almond or peanut butter like D’s Naturals Fluffbutter and enjoy!

Protein Cheesecake Recipe Using BeFit Whey Protein Powder

This killer Protein Power Cheesecake tastes great AND has nourishing ingredients to help you continue to build lean muscle and transform your body.  Fueled with delicious BeFit Vanilla WHEY Protein, this delectable cheesecake will taste great after you’ve rocked a tough workout!

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees and grease a 9” spring form pan with extra coconut oil.
  2. Blend first three ingredients on high in food processor until coarse crumbs form. Add coconut oil and blend to combine.
  3. Press the crust evenly into pan.
  4. Blend all other ingredients on high until smooth. Pour into crust.
  5. Bake cheesecake for 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until center is just set.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

  2. So many nutrition supplements look to be full of mystery ingredients and unnatural sweeteners…when you’re trying track nutrients and eat only clean, healthy foods, that seems counterintuitive! I’m trying to move away from sugars and fake anything so the BeFit line would be a great addition to my fitness routine…and I wouldn’t mind a little cheesecake either!!! 🙂

I’ve actually been religiously following your blog for a really long time, and I am so happy that I can trust in your opinions to be your own and not just because of getting paid! I also think it is extremely helpful to people who are brand new at fitness and health, and start to believe everything the media tells them about supplements, so it’s good to hear it from someone like you! 🙂 anyways!! I believe these products would help me greatly in my fitness journey because not only am I pretty sensitive to caffeine supplements, but I’ve been finally looking for one that doesn’t have a huge spike/crash!   5. I would love this package because I just started heavy lifting in January and I am trying different proteins to see what works best for me. I have never tried pre-workout and I would love to. Also I have some fat to get rid of and would love to try the metabolism booster. I have been doing so well working towards my goals of building muscle and lowering my body fat % and I think this would be a great help!!

  6. I’ve gotten in a good fitness routine lately, but have been really interested in finding the right mix of supplements to add to my routine. I’ve always been leery of trying many of these products, because the strange ingredients make it hard for me to know if I’m doing more harm than good. I love that the BeFit products are natural and would love to try these out! I’ve recently started counting macros, meal planning, and trying some IIFYM flexible eating as a fitness challenge with my husband so we can be the hot newlyweds by our 1 year anniversary and sustain a healthy lifestyle. I use the Vega protein products as they’re plant based and I’m still new at working nutrition and exercise into my daily routine. These BeFit products seem amazing and I would love to get the opportunity to try them out and enhance my fitness journey! I love how there are no mystery ingredients or icky additives.
