Hi friends! I hope you are all having an amazing start to the holiday shopping season. I have had no time at all to get to the mall or shopping centers to buy anything on my holiday lists for friends and family, but I was so thankful that the team at Saks Off 5th sent me a gift card to check out their store in Paramus, NJ to see what I might get with a $100 gift card. The PR team at Saks Off 5th is amazing and they sent me an adorable winter hat to keep me warm during the winter time and a gift card to treat myself to some great finds (which I did!).
So my box arrived about two weeks ago, but with starting a new job and having little to no free time I hadn’t been able to get to the store. This past weekend though the weather was so nice and I was ready to go cash in on my delightful gift. The Saks Off 5th closest to me is located in Paramus, NJ on Route 4 East at the Bergen Town Center Outlets which have a ton of great stores. Every year for Christmas I actually do a ton of my holiday shopping here because they have a great variety of designer items at amazing discounts! This store is actually always loaded with great stuff and unlike some other departments store outlets, the Saks Off 5th store is always really well kept and never a mad house. The staff is always very helpful and the store is never in dismay.
With my $100 gift card I really got a TON! I only spent about $30 out of my own pocket because my total today came to $129 and some change – but for the items I got that was a steal! I was able to get a wrap/scarf, 5 amazing nail colors, a floppy camel hat, a long sleeve cold weather sweater and a pair of French Connection heels all for $130! I know, it’s amazing isn’t it!?
The shoes were probably my favorite find. I love studded heels but haven’t found a pair yet that I loved and were comfortable. These French Connection heels were on sale for $49.99 and marked down from $130 I believe. They are so comfortable and a great item to wear with skinny jeans, distressed jeans or black cigarette trousers. I wear a lot of black in the winter so these were perfect to add a bit of flare to my all black outfits. I wear a size 6.5 and they had a ton of shoes and boots in my size to choose from. They also carry some pretty high end designers like Jimmy Choo that you can sometimes find a great gem in the aisles for a great discount.
I also fell in love with this floppy, camel colored hat. It fit my head perfectly and is great to wear with my current favorite beige coat by MissGuided. This hat is so comfortable to wear and I love it with long, loose curls in my hair and the wrap scarf I picked up on my shopping trip as well.
I also loved my wrap so much I wore it the very next day and it kept me quite warm. It was super soft and I can wear it in a variety of ways. They have a variety of colors and patterns in these wraps/shawls and I love how they layer under a coat and over a plain white v-neck t-shirt.
